TREX ELEVATIONS STEEL FRAMING

Upgrade your deck to steel framing with Trex Elevations. Steel framing offers higher strength, durability, and resistance to rot and decay. Use of this product provides added span capabilities and overall more stable framing, as well as, no need for seals or stains. Trex Elevations is the only framing system that carries an extended warranty.

PRESSURE-TREATED FRAMING

DeckMasters uses the best techniques available in the industry to frame decks. With special attention to building codes, we build beyond requirements to give a strong, long-lasting framing system. Our pressure treated lumber is selected from the highest grades of Southern Yellow Pine and treated with non-corrosive, eco-friendly wood preservation chemicals in a controlled environment. We use heavier posts (6×6’s) which are installed within concrete footings that are double the code required size. Our support beams are always 2×10 laminated boards. Our floor joists are usually 2×8 or 2×10 boards which are more tightly spaced at 12” centers to provide added load carrying capacity and less bounce in the floor system. Finally, we use bonding hardware such as joist hangers, brackets and straps to give positive connection strength and dependability.
